If you just prayed the  prayer of repentance  and received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, heaven is rejoicing — and so are we! But this is only the beginning. We’d love to walk with you on this new journey of faith

Welcome to the Family of God!

Now that you saved, it is necessary to begin your the discipliship journey where you will be following Jesus and in the process transform into his likeness. That being said, this  will be the lesson out of  many to come that will  empower you as you walk in the newness of life, transform into Christ’s s likeness and grow in spiritual maturity.

  1. A New Beginning

Congratulations on making the most important decision of your life
— saying “Yes” to Jesus!
The Bible says in 2
Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)
:

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new
creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become
new.”

You have been born again — not physically, but
spiritually. You are now a child of God. You didn’t just say a
prayer — you entered into a relationship with the Living God.

2. What Salvation Means

  • Forgiveness of sin: Your past is washed away.

  • New identity: You are no longer defined by your past but by who you are in Christ.

  • Eternal life: You’ve received the gift of eternal life and will spend forever with God.

  • Indwelling of the Holy Spirit: God’s Spirit now lives in you to teach, guide, comfort, and empower you.

  •  You didn’t just say a prayer — you entered into a relationship
    with the Living God.

3. What’s Changed?

Though your outward appearance hasn’t changed, your spirit
has been made alive to God.
Now:

  • You have peace with God (Romans 5:1)

  • You can call God your Father (Romans 8:15)

  • You are part of the Body of Christ — the Church

  • b. Talk to God in Prayer
Prayer is how you build your relationship with God. Talk to Him about everything — He hears you.

    c. Join a Bible-believing Church
Fellowship with other believers helps you grow, stay encouraged, and be accountable.

    d. Tell Others About Your New Life
    Sharing your faith
strengthens it. Don’t be afraid to say, “I’ve decided to follow
    Jesus.”

5. When Doubts Come

Doubts and temptations may arise, but remember:

  • You are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8)

  • God’s love for you does not depend on your feelings

  • Confess God’s Word and stand firm in your identity

1 John 5:13 (NIV) says:

“I write these things to you who believe in the
name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal
life.”
